Chicken Spot provides online ordering for takeaway and delivery of food and drinks. You can contact us at info@chickenspott.com.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to place an order online.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
• You must provide accurate name, contact, and delivery information.
• We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or provide false information.

4. Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items at the displayed prices.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it (for example by on-screen confirmation, email, or order status update).
• We may decline or cancel an order due to unavailability, delivery coverage, suspected fraud, or operational reasons. If payment has already been taken, we will arrange a refund.
• Please check your order carefully before checkout. Special instructions are requests only and may not always be possible.

5. Prices & payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery charges, if any, will be shown before you complete payment.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Online card payments are handled by our secure payment provider.
• Promo codes and offers are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Delivery & collection

• Delivery is only available within our published service areas. See Delivery Areas.
• Estimated delivery or preparation times are approximate and not guaranteed.
• You must provide a complete and accessible delivery address and be available to receive the order.
• If we cannot complete delivery due to incorrect details, no one available, or an inaccessible address, we may not be able to refund the order.
• Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered or collected.

7. Cancellations & refunds

• Because food is prepared quickly after ordering, cancellation may not always be possible once preparation has started.
• If cancellation is enabled in your account for eligible orders, you may cancel only while the order is still in an early status.
• If items are missing, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, contact us promptly with your order details so we can investigate and offer a suitable remedy (replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate).
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and may take several working days to appear.

8. Allergens & dietary information

We take allergen awareness seriously. Please review our Allergen Information and tell us about any allergies when ordering. Because our kitchen handles multiple ingredients, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of allergens. See also our Disclaimer.

9. Website use

• You may use this website for lawful personal ordering and browsing only.
• You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or misuse accounts.
• All branding, menu content, images, and site design remain the property of Chicken Spot or our licensors.
• Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that:

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, third-party delivery issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or opportunity.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in their local courts where required by law.
