Delete Account

1. In-app / online deletion

You can permanently delete your account yourself from the Chicken Spot mobile app under Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by using the form below while signed in on the website.

• Your account login and profile (name, email, phone, password) are permanently removed.
• Saved addresses and saved meals are deleted.
• You are signed out immediately after deletion.
• You will not be able to sign in again with the deleted credentials.

2. Data that may be retained

Certain order and payment transaction records may be retained where required by law (for example tax and accounting obligations) or for fraud prevention. When retained, personal contact fields on those records are anonymised so they are no longer linked to your identity.

3. Sign in to delete

Please sign in to delete your account online, or use Delete Account in the mobile app.
